Get the mission from the Agent, destroy the Neon Sign to get the Key to the acceleration gate.

Find Dari Akell among several Habitation Modules.
Destroy her ship and she will drop in a Container.
Loot it and bring her back to the Agent through the gate nearby, this will complete both missions.
