How to import this fit into EVE Online is pretty simple! Just copy the text above that is in between the lines. Then go into the EVE Online client, open up Fittings screen by clicking on the button on the sidebar or pressing the hotkey alt-f. After that press the wrench button, that will open up the side screen and at the bottom has a section labeled "Import & Export". Click on that and do the option for "Import from clipboard".

How to speed tank using this fit?
Use the afterburner to approach the NPC, then orbit enemy at 1km. Use shield booster only if necessary.

Ammo Info:
Iron S lets you hit out to around 7000m, Optimal 3700m with 56.1 DPS.
Lead Charge S lets you hit out around 5600m, Optimal 2300m with 89.7 DPS.
Antimatter Charge S lets you hit out around 4500m, optimal 1100m with 134.6 DPS.

Other Equipment consideration:
You can switch out the low slots with other items depending on how you want to do combat.

  Costs more isk, provides additional resistance

Tank Info:
Fitting Adjustments are needed depending on what type of missions and NPCs you will be facing.

Change out the hardener's according to what NPC types listed in the mission description. Since this fit only uses one hardener, you would use the first hardener only which is the biggest damage type that the NPC usually does against your ship.
